Press Release 14/04/2008
Aboriginal Works has been asked to host another major exhibition in Trent, Italy. This exhibition will be the most 'up-to-date' survey of Contemporary Aboriginal Art to ever be held in Italy.
Where?
The exhibition will be held in the grand hall of the faculty of Law at the University of Trent, Italy. The hall was completed in 2007 and was a project of the world renowned architect, Mario Botta. The ultramodern space, as proved by the last aboriginalworks exhibition held last year, is in complete harmony with the contemporary artworks that fill the are. The spiritual and tribal aspects which the paintings/sculptures/videos represent evoke generate a slight yet pleasant contrast with their immediate surroundings.
When?
The exhibition will be inaugurated at 6pm on the 15th of October 2008 and will close on the 28th of November 2008.
Please check back to this page for more info shortly.
